1. Who runs this site

Credentialing Scorecard is operated by Metolius Health, which is also a vendor listed on the site. See our disclosure.

2. What our scores are

Scores, listings and Briefing articles are our editorial opinions, formed by applying our published methodology to the sources we cite. They are provided for information. They are not professional, legal or compliance advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy from any vendor. Check important facts, such as NCQA status or pricing, with the source before you rely on them.

3. Accuracy and changes

We work to keep information accurate and dated, and we correct errors as described in our editorial standards. Vendors change products and prices, and information may be out of date. Scores can change as evidence changes.

4. Vendor names

Vendor and product names are used only to identify them. We don’t use vendor logos. Listing a vendor does not mean the vendor endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with this site.

5. Submitting a review

By submitting a review, you confirm that:

  • it reflects your own genuine experience;
  • you don’t work for, and are not paid by, the vendor you’re reviewing or a competitor of it;
  • it doesn’t contain patient information, other personal information, links, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or abusive.

You keep ownership of your review. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, display and edit it for length or to remove personal information, without changing its meaning. We may decline or remove any review that breaks these rules. We don’t remove genuine reviews because a vendor objects.

6. Vendor replies and corrections

Vendors can reply to or correct listings as described on our vendors page. Vendors can’t pay for placement, coverage or removal. By submitting a reply for publication, a vendor confirms it is authorized to speak for the company.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, try to break its security, submit automated or bulk reviews, or impersonate anyone.

We link to sources and vendor sites. We aren’t responsible for their content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
