Reply to or correct your listing
If we have something wrong about your company, or you want your side on the record, tell us with the form below. Send a source and we’ll check it.
Before you write. Credentialing Scorecard is operated by Metolius Health, which is listed in our Software and Managed Services tracks and may compete with you. That is why these rules are fixed and public: the same rubric, the same code and the same correction process apply to every vendor, including our operator. Disclosure
What you can and can’t do
You can:
- Correct a fact, with a source.
- Send new evidence for a dimension marked “Not yet verified”.
- Ask us to publish a short reply on your profile.
- Tell us about news for the Briefing.
- Ask how a score was calculated.
You can’t:
- Pay for a listing, a position, a score or coverage.
- Have your listing removed or a score hidden.
- Remove a genuine user review.
How do I correct my listing?
Send the correction with a source we can open, such as your own public documentation, pricing page or a regulator’s record. We check it, update the listing if the source supports it, re-run the score and log the change with the date. If the correction affects your NCQA status, we check NCQA’s directory; we can’t change a status your own website states but the directory doesn’t show.
How do I get evidence counted?
Send a link to public evidence for a specific dimension. Private documents, screenshots of a demo and sales decks can’t be cited, because readers must be able to check every source. If the only evidence is private, the dimension stays “Not yet verified”.
Can I reply publicly?
Yes. Send a short reply (plain text, no marketing claims we can’t source) and we’ll publish it on your profile under “Vendor reply”, with the date. We don’t edit a reply’s meaning; we may ask you to cut a claim we can’t source.
What happens after I send it?
- An editor checks the source.
- If it changes a fact, we update the listing, re-run the score and log the change in listing and score changes.
- We tell you what we changed, or why we didn’t.
